The elevator pitch: Distill a company’s “big picture” and communicate it in a clear, engaging and compelling style. It’s all about people and telling stories. Dogs and Disney, homes and hotels, and restaurants and retail have all benefited from his perspective and forward thinking.

In addition to advertising and public relations work, Michael has written screenplays and dabbles in stand-up comedy. He is an experientialist at heart who dives into campaigns and life. Practical people skills came through bartending and a gig as a cruise company tour guide. He’s bungee jumped, soloed a plane, skydived and crewed trans-oceanic yacht deliveries.
After spending two years in the University of California at San Diego’s engineering program, this right-left brain thinker switched and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and a minor in Science & Technology, Public Affairs.
Michael has also been published in AdAge and Sailing, and is a frequent guest lecturer and panel member on the topics of advertising, branding, marketing, creativity and copywriting.
